Sheerview Window Blinds - The Sun Tamer

Sheerview window blinds allow your gorgeous view to reign supreme.

You paid a ton of money for the view but can't see out at certain times of the day due to the glare and bright sun.

Back in the early eighties when these window blinds first came on the scene they were in the process of building a number of high rise condo's on the ocean. The condo's were great. A beautiful view, and the fantastic weather here in south Florida all combined to create utopia -well almost.

The only problem being you couldn't enjoy the view in the morning - the sun coming straight at you and then the glare from the water bouncing back at you from below was like a double whammy. Beautiful view, but no one can see!

At the same time Levolor came out with their newest member of the mini blind family. Just in time to come to those condo owner's rescue. The new mini blind, called sheerview window blinds, was perforated with tiny little holes all over.

The tiny little holes allowed the view to come in but kept the double whammy of the sun out. Oh what a beautiful morning was the song of the day when they put these blinds up and could enjoy the gorgeous view.

The sheerview window blinds along with other sun control window blinds ,which soon followed, allowed people trapped in there homes or offices by the sun freedom. Freedom to finally be able to gaze with rapture at the beautiful landscape.

First I need to give you a warning: these blinds are for sun control only. For privacy they are worthless, especially at night. At night with your lights on you are exposed to the world for all to see in.

Never-the-less these blinds do a fantastic job of taming the sun and glare which is what they were designed for.
